Jillene Doolkadir is a Florida licensed attorney based in South Florida. During her practice, she has worked for large multinational corporations and sophisticated PAAS and SAAS companies helping them protect their intellectual property and ensuring they comply with applicable Data Privacy law. Jillene is also well versed in contract law and has represented companies with domestic and international contract transactions. She holds her Juris Doctorate and International Law Certificate from Nova Southeastern University. She is also completed an international mini pulliage in Barrister’s Chambers at Marriot Harrison, London, UK,

We exist to level the entrepreneurial playing field by providing access to legal education and services for emerging businesses and entrepreneurs from ALL communities to help them succeed and minimize risk.
Our all female team is led by powerhouse business attorney, Jillene Doolkadir, whose passion for helping small businesses was ignited during her time in Corporate America where two things stuck out to Jillene that would ultimately change the course of her career:
1. The lack of female representation, especially minority women, amongst her colleagues.
2. The lack of access to legal representation & information available for entrepreneurs and emerging business with tighter budgets. As if legal guidance was only meant to be leveraged by big corporations.
Fast forward to today, Jillene Doolkadir has created a modern law firm that has helped hundreds of clients protect their businesses and educated millions more through her YouTube Channel.
